EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, AGRICULTURE, BUSINESS, AND TECHNOLOGY
Highland Community College is excited to invite applications for a full-time Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Vice President, Workforce Development and the Agriculture, Business, and Technology Division, providing high-level, confidential support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a key point of contact, answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and managing communications.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and take minutes for key discussions.
- Provide organizational support by maintaining records, managing files, and handling mail.
- Analyze financial and project data, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Take initiative to resolve administrative details and make decisions in the executive's absence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).
- At least three (3) years of executive-level office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed in this role.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks.
